This landmark achievement, which also sees Maharashtra at 75.42% and Karnataka at 73.85%, signals a major shift in India's talent landscape, moving away from traditional degrees towards practical skills, especially in digital and AI domains. The report highlights India's overall employability climbing to 56.35%, indicating a growing readiness among the nation's youth to meet evolving industry demands.
