A new chapter is opening for millions living with Multiple Sclerosis (MS) as the protocol for the PLATINUMS project, a pilot randomized controlled trial of an advanced AI-driven telerehabilitation system, was just published in PLOS One. This multinational study aims to test if a smart, home-based exercise program can significantly improve movement and balance for MS patients, potentially making specialized care far more accessible. With recruitment expected to wrap up by the end of 2026 and results anticipated in 2027, the healthcare world is keenly watching.
