Ferns N Petals (FNP), India's leading gifting and celebrations platform, is gearing up for a major leap, targeting an Initial Public Offering (IPO) by the end of 2028 after achieving a significant milestone: crossing Rs 1,000 crore in Revenue for Fiscal Year 2026. This ambitious move signals FNP intent to formalize its dominant position in a rapidly evolving market, driven by aggressive expansion in Quick Commerce, retail, and its International Business. The company's growth strategy is a blend of digital agility and physical presence. FNP saw its Quick Commerce segment's Revenue skyrocket from Rs 8 crore in FY25 to Rs 65 crore in FY26, with projections to reach Rs 125 crore in FY27, making it a crucial driver for future earnings. Simultaneously, FNP is bolstering its Omnichannel Strategy by expanding its retail footprint to approximately 350 stores by FY28, leveraging both company-owned outlets and a robust Franchise Model to penetrate deeper into India's cities and towns. Backed by Lighthouse Funds, FNP is also expanding its global footprint in markets like the UAE, Singapore, Qatar, and Saudi Arabia, aiming for an EBITDA margin of 5-6% by the current fiscal year, up from 3% in FY26. Looking ahead, FNP Global CEO Pawan Gadia anticipates the company to hit Rs 1,400 crore in Revenue for FY27 and a whopping Rs 2,200-2,400 crore by the time it goes public. This path to IPO will likely include further investments in technology, particularly AI-led solutions for product discovery and supply chain optimization, and potential acquisitions to solidify its 'celebrations ecosystem.' The company's journey highlights the massive potential and ongoing shift towards organized, rapid, and digitally-driven gifting in India and beyond.
