HCLFoundation and UP Government Renew Samuday Partnership, Eyeing Deeper Rural Transformation by 2031

This extended collaboration, announced today in Lucknow, aims to dramatically scale efforts in women's empowerment, livelihood enhancement, and digital inclusion across the state, building on a decade of impactful work. Launched in 2015, the Samuday program has already transformed over 3 million lives across 579 Gram Panchayats in 13 districts of Uttar Pradesh, establishing itself as one of India's largest government-CSR collaborations.
