This massive investment, confirmed in a regulatory filing, sent Naver shares jumping over 10% on Monday, hitting a one-month high as investors see it as a clear validation of the company's ambitious artificial intelligence strategy. The deal is a cornerstone in Naver plan to lead South Korea's charge in the global AI infrastructure race, turning its local data center into a major 'AI factory' capable of serving vast international demand.
